Job Profile: 

Working with and reporting to Total Quality Sector Manager, organizes the day to day staffing of the Laboratory and associated routine administrative tasks.

Contributes to the overall cleanliness and hygiene by ensuring that the Quality Control personnel apply good housekeeping practices.

Ensures Plastic manufacturing process meets the agreed Nat pack Quality specifications.

Ensures all Laboratory equipment are maintained and calibrated as per schedule.

Incoming / outing goods inspection and ensures that it abides by specifications.

Responsible & manages all Customer Complaints.

Execute the quality Management system and follow up it to comply with the ISO:9001:2015.

Execute the Quality Management system and followed to comply with the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO / IEC 17025.

Conduct an internal audit on the Quality Management System as per ISO 9001:2015.

Direct, Manage and lead quality inspection team to implement the best practices for quality procedures, testing, calibration, uncertainty calculation and integrated systems.

Evaluate the team performance against their job requirement, objectives, targets and KPIS and define training needs to upgrade their skills.
