Preparation of test specimen from two roll mill & performing all type test required for developing new compounds for master batch segment, rigid grade segment & flexible grade segment.

Preparation of TDS for comparing competitor sample data-sheet.

Good hands on experience in specific test required for wires & cable segment just like Halogen acid gas emission %, Smoke density rating, Limiting oxygen index.

Successfully intricate various type of colour Masterbatches from hazy type to bold dense type required for wires & cables, injection moulding application by combining various types of pigments.

Good commands over compound processing behaviour while performing trials in Lab extrusion line as well as in main production line.

Focus on substituting existing high price raw materials used in formulation with raw material available in the domestic market with reasonable price without compromising the compound quality in order to fulfil Customer need as per just in time concept.

High proficiency in developing master batch compounds required for various applications as per customer need. Preparation of BOM of compound & calculating compound costing in order to give the price to sells.

Data base creation and online color measurement of master batch & profile grades through propalette software in X-rite (i-7) Color Spectrophotometer



In Quality Control Department:

Preparation of Observation Report of all the Running finished goods material on the machine on daily basis.

Preparation of Observation Report of all the Incoming Raw material before production along with their bill approval and GRN clearance.

Handling of Deviation occurred related to the properties during compounding. Clearance of F.G and R.M material from the SAP at the Quality End.

Generating Test Certificate of Material for the Customer and Complete inspection of Dispatch material prior to Loading. Complete Handling of all Quality Related Documents.
