Study & analysis of total process to find out possible chances of process defect & implementation of Poka-yoke if needed.

Various Quality testing (For surface coating) like adhesion test, thickness testing, heat test as per requirement of the customer.



Preventive Maintenance Activity In Paint Shop Line.

Responsible for Breakdown prevention and elimination with contingency planning.
