Job profile- 

Planning the production schedule in which followed all loom department (52 loom of 

Lohia) as well as both tape plant of Lohia Corporation (1400/1000) and Extrusion 

lamination section of sunderlam industry and all printing and stitchingmachine.

? Maintaining effective production schedule or planning as per customer requirement.

? Reporting towards management of daily production status and dispatch status.

? Identifying Troubleshoot problem and solving them as well as adjust molding 

parameter to maintain quality and maximum product output.

? Co-ordinates and follow up with the parches, sales marketing and store department for 

raw material and compound availability in time as per production plan and ensure that 

material is in house at least two day before actual production schedule.

? Controlling wastage and maintaining all record of wastage of all categories.



? Check quality by SOP- ( as per customer demand)

1) Tape plant ? check tape width, DNR, strength, Elongation, GPD, Physical 

observation).

2) Loom ? (GPM, GSM, MESH, strength and elongation, report size).

3) Lamination fabric and printing fabric (check as per customer art).

4) Maintain final inspection report of bag weight / liner / batch / and all of technical 

term as per COA report before dispatch
