Compound mixing and Material Testing Incharge

Handling Pre Productions activities, development of new compounds as per Orders/Customer requirement. Accordingly, scheduling Raw Material purchase planning/control (including Imports), and mixing resources to meet the requirement of molding department.   

Perform for all type of In-house testing, analysis of compound and Prepare documentation like Technical Data etc with respect to the entire mixing activities and constantly evaluating the quality of products. Validating the process through testing and process measures.

Handling Calibration of all instruments (Internal & external). Pre Productions activities complaints & interacting with various departments to resolve the same. 

Handling breakdown of machineries and arranging for troubleshoot and improvise the rubber compounds.

Workforce / Manpower Planning and to assure maximum usages man, machines and material/ raw materials and achievement of agreed-to volume/profit objectives.

Functioning as an interface for coordinating with various departments to ensure that the Pre Production/Production schedule is met and on-time seamless delivery of products.

Understanding gaps in quality from Raw Materials to Finished Products and helping in up gradating for better compliance. 

Assessing the Mixing Facilities before start up, with respect to compliance of manufacturer with norms as well as the ISO/Quality requirement.
