Semi Finished Goods:

The requisite links for a particular job are blend in barrels, fine tuning is done to match the standard draw downs. Blended inks are printed in films and it is matched to standard shade card through online inspection. The print and laminate qualities at printing(Gravure and CI Flexo) and lamination stages are assured and solutions are provided where ever required. 



Finished Goods:

The print qualities, Grammage, co-efficient of friction, inter-layer bond strength are analyzed at slitting level before dispatching the material. The pouching parameters such as height, width, Seal width, seal strength, Odor, drop test, stock load test are performed thus ensuring the quality of pouch.
