Working since July 2000 till date as a Quality Engineer in Quality Assurance & New product development Department

Company is mainly engaged in the manufacturing of Compounded Engineering Thermoplastics of injection molding Grades (Glass reinforced, mineral reinforced, flame retarding, etc.,) & injection- molded components of some Engineering Polymers like PP, PC, PA6, PA66, PET, PBT, POM & ABS.

* Testing and Monitoring Quality of our Products.

* Identification and analysis of Raw materials. 

* Process control and supervision of production.

* New products & New color shades development & Responsible for running pilot lots.

* Documenting as per the ISO norms.

* Collection and analysis of data using SPC techniques.

Worked in Sanford Pharmatech Pvt. Ltd., as a Analytical chemist for six months

Responsible for the analysis of some Pharmaceutical & cosmetic products

Projects and assignment: Project Title: Effect of post curing Temperature on Glass transition temperature (Tg) & Heat deflection Temperature (HDT) of some epoxy resin, Hardener systems And there correlation. 

Project undertaken at National aerospace laboratories, Bangalore

Project Guide : Dr. R.M.V.G.K. Rao, Head F.R.P Pilot plant.

Training under gone & skill sets: Under gone in plant training at central institute of Plastic Engineering and Technology, chennai. Training covered in the areas of plastic processing and plastic testing.
