Job Profile : 

Testing of pigments, polymers & additives.

Carryout all tests related to quality of masterbatch like Density, bulk density, MFI, Moisture content, filler content, IV, & TiO2% etc.

Color matching of customer sample as per requirement under supervision of lab manager.

Match color on two roll mill, injection molding machine & extruder. In LD & PP base.

Can successfully handle instrument like filter index tester (FPV), Spectrometer, UTM, Two roll mill, Blown film extruder (lab model), Injection molding machine, Impact tester, Gelly maker machine &
