P. G. Diploma Project:

Project 1 : Design of 4 cavity injection mould (Live) for Sanjay Techno Plast, Aurangabad. 

Project 2 : Modeling and drafting (Live) of wheel rim for endurance, Aurangabad. Using UG NX 4.0.



B. E. Project: Colour binding machine.

Amphenol Interconnect India Pvt. Ltd., MIDC Bhosari, Pune, are manufacturers of various types electrical connectors used for commercial and defence purposes. The project included designing and manufacturing of a machine to mark two colour bands on these connectors, used for identification purpose.



B. E. Seminar: Surface engineering for tooling applications.



D. M. E. Project: Collect chunk machine.

Collet chunk is used for holding bar stock in production work where  quick setting and accurate centering is required. The project included designing and manufacturing a prototype machine having a collet chuck.

Future Goals: 
Seeking challenging position to use & apply my technical skills for the benefit of organization in the area of tool design & CAD / CAM.
