Controlling of critical and non-critical spare part for all equipment?s and maintain their record.

Proper follow-up with purchase for developing new vendors for spare parts, machine & tools repairing job, purchasing of new machines etc.

Executing new projects for modification to control break down, easy process & safety.

Maintaining & updating documentation related to ISO 9001:2015. Make Standard Operating Procedure & formats for the maintenance of process equipment?s.



Machines Knowledge:

Various Type Of Microprocessor Controlled Injection?Molding Machine, such as then 60 to 450 ton at work in Toshiba India, Toshiba Japa, JSW, Haitian, Ferromatic Milacron. etc. 

Maintenance and installation troubleshooting experience of Auxiliary Equipment for?

PRASAD(GWK) water/air cool Chiller, MTC, De-humidifier, Loader, Screw chiller, Hot air dryer, Conveyors and central conveying system, DG set, Screw air compressor, Blending Unit, Granulators, Vacuum?Loader, MSP. Automatic Assembling Machines, Automatic Printing Machines, Automatic Labeling Machines, spout capping m/c, foil m/c, auto ball/gel refill m/c, automatic ball/gel pen assembly m/c, slitting machine, Sticker m/c, Robot(take up units), IML, Hot Runner mould make husky and mould master and yudo. etc.



Material Handling:

ABS, SAN, NYLON, HDPE, LDPE, Rubber, ACETAL, PC, PP & PET etc.



Training Undertaken :

Participate in the training classes conducted by L&T DEMAG in Chennai in their M/c workshop for familiarization of electrical & hydraulics maintenance in L&T machine, 2005.

Basic Training in Industrial automation. in OMRON, SIEMENS, ABB, Allen Bradley P.L.C, LS, KEB & HMI in technosoft automation at Kolkata. in May-July 2007.
