Company Profile: Manufacturing and providing total solutions for production of biaxially oriented PET containers.

Job Profile: 

Preparation of machine plan / schedule & target to complete machine. 

Machine testing and handling molding complaints. 

Arrange and coordinating for availability of parts for assemblies and subassemblies.

Monitoring the critical shortages required by production on daily basis.

Minimize daily rejection/rework percentage in assembly.

Co-ordinate with QC for quality clearance of inward materials.

Ensure material flow in accordance with KANBAN principle & material control by using ABC principle.

Preparation of various types of report for the production review.

Taking responsibility in assembly activities and coordination to completing machines .

Taking responsibility to the maintaining documentation, machines files, quality ?record,?? ISO documentation, 5?s, Kaizen and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).

Supervising of assembly continuity and check the daily output from assembly technicians.

CFT audit before dispatch machine.
