Auditing all plants (5) in India in every month & analyze compliance status against the standards

Handling MR functions of all plants in India 

Handling all external (3rd party & customer) audits & sharing action plan + Verification of actions. 

Interacting with external agency for their feedback.

Implementation of AVMs as per customer requirement

Conducting internal audit as per standard and score card review against KPI

HACCP ? Ingredient + Process hazard analysis. Identification of low, medium & high risk area

CCP, CP, PRP, OPRP & their mitigation plan

Food defense monitoring, bio-terrorism & bio-vigilance program

Control of documents, records, GDP.
