JOB RESPONSIBILITY :

Planning and introducing efficient production methods to maximize company output.

Co-ordinate with the all other department and independent departments of the organization.

Quality checking. New product development.

SOP making for production to achieve standard quality product.

Implement the quality checking procedure.

Develop and introduce methods to increase productivity at the production line.

Take the responsibility of making sure the production is cost effective and feasible to theorganization.

Responsibility of handling issues relating to productivity.

Work with staff to implement process improvement recommendations evaluate and revise changes as necessary.

Implement an improved efficiency measurement system to capture labor efficiency, material yields and rejects/rework.

Work with production manager and Director of Operations to ensure production goals are met and on schedule.

Establish safety procedures and environment regulations for employees.

Perform of production analysis to reduce downtime and outages.

Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.
