Company Profile : Offers masterbatches (Color MB, UV, Additive, Black, White and Mono Concentrate/MOC masterbatches) with base carrier resin as PE, as well as PP, PET, HIPS, GPPS, PBT, Nylon etc.



Job Profile : 

Looking over all mono concentrate master batch (MOC).

Ensuring low Downtime for quality approval.

Overall inspection of quality.

Handling process parameter & production of moc master batch.

Filter pressure value (FPV) test to control dispersion issue.

Testing all raw materials received by company like- (additive, polymer, pigments)

Handling spectrophotometer to find the colour difference (dE*) value.

Working against Party shipment sample (PSS) to improve the properties and quality of 

materials.

Key Accountabilities

New Raw Material Testing and Validation.(Polymers, filler, Stabilizer, additive, pigment)

Documentation of Raw material and lab sample production.(TDS, MSDS, COA)

Additives, masterbatchs (Colour, White, Black, Compounds).

Knowledge about Time Management, Material Property regarding its machining and Physical Property.

Involved in implementing different Quality aspects for ISO 9001:2008 and 9001:2015

production Industry.

Preparation of New formulation as different incoming raw material.

Color matching against the party sample as per standard by using Spectrophotometer.

Matching PET sample with different dyes colour in preform and bottle.

Prepare Calibration data for JAPAK software, Colibri@(3.8.6) software & Datacolor(350) Software.

Controlling production and quality standards of lab sample with defect less or without wrong production.

New implementation of product formulation according to costumer requirement for lab sample.



Quality control testing of master batches ?M.F.I. (Melt Flow Index) Specific gravity, Bulk density Density, Moisture content, Ash content.



Technical & Characterization Skills:

Polymer Processing: Injection Molding, Blow Molding, Thermoforming, Extrusion Process, 

Rotational Molding, mono layer film etc.

 

Polymer Testing: Universal Testing Machine (UTM), Melt Flow Index (MFI), Heat deflection 

temperature (HDT), Density, Haze and luminous transmittance, specific gravity, Ash content etc.



Polymer Characterization: Differential Scanning Calorimetric (DSC), Thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR)
