Job Profile :

Repair and maintenance rotating equipment and related mechanical system machinery such as: Extruder, Haull off, cutter, crusher, roller, 

gear box, loader, winder, hopper, printer, co-extruder, vaccum pump, water pump, belling socketing machine, pulverizer machine, tilt, blown film machinery, pvc mixer etc.

Strong experience in extruder operating producing as HDPE pipes 20mm to 1000 mm & LLDP pipes 10mm to 12mm PPR pipes 16mm to 110mm and pvc pipes 1/2? to 12? inches and profile celling sheets etc.

Handle Extrusion machine repair and maintenance as single and twin screw Kabra extrusion techik, rollepaal, Cincinnati, battenfeld, polytech 

machine, sai extrusion technik, sykuma extrusion, kraussmaffei extrusion, amut extrusion, Windsor, fanlyplas machine, benk machine, xinda 

extrusion, etc. 

Responsible for repairing and maintaining hydraulic system, air compressor, system and pneumatic system, by technical guidelines and manuals.

Perform repairing and maintenance on all roto mould division repair to CRC sheet mould S gear Box, motor and burner, another related to injection moulding mould and blow moulding mould by technical 

guideline and manuals.

Maintenance and assembling plumbing system in industrial and residential housing G.I pipes Pvc pipes HDPE pipes and all types fitting 

valve.

Different kinds of work such as: PVC pipes, HDPE pipes, metal pipes fabricate (450/900) degree. Knowledge of machine operating such as: manuals lathe machine, drilling, milling & grinding machine and tapping threading.

Different kinds of working such as: welding, ARC, MIG, TIG Brazing, HDPE BUTT and electrofusion. 

Knowledge of gas cutting as light and thick plate metal sheet. 

Different kinds of working such as: overhead double girder erection crane installation and metal sheet fabrication work. 

Maintenance vehicle: as engine and repair break front and steering 

suspensions wheels balancing, alignment and fork lift driving.

Perform apply paint and finished by means of hand brusher roller and sprayer. 

Understanding mechanical and fabrication drawing.
