Job Profile : 

Working as Service Coordinator for Pan India customer complaints. Timely resolving of complaints.

Coordination of Water Tank installation services, getting their requirements, Preparation of Quotation, followup with customers, material dispatch for received installation order.

Inventory monitoring of Installation materials at store. 

Arrange for quotations from vendors for required materials. Comparison of quotations, evaluation of received quotation and forwarding to purchase department.

New material purchase requisitions. Full fill requirements of field team for required materials.

Coordinating with distributors and Branches to settle the Transit Damage materials received at distributor level, tracking of documentation. Submission of Transit Damage claim to insurance department.

Processing of Authorized Service Centre Claim- Monthly in Warranty complaints attended claims.

Providing materials required to authorized service centres for attending complaints and installations.

SAP maintain ? Installation order , service Payment collection and invoicing for installation orders.

Deputing service executives for installation at site in coordination with  branch offices of company.

Resolving of Escalated matters received from V.P., President, C.E.O. & Above on priority basis.
