Preparation Of Daily Production Plan according to requirement given by Marketing.

Programming for Daily consumption of Raw Materials Requirement.

Preparation of Daily production & Machine net utilization reports.

Monitoring & Optimization of Standard Cycle time of different running products.

Tracking the completion of non-conformity & eradication of non-conformance process by implementing the use of CAPA (Corrective action & Preventive action) to avoid non conformances

Prioritizing the scrap percentage reduction in accordance with the production

Preparation of 7 days, 2 days,and current day RM & Packing Material req for production.

Future Goals: 
Working as production planner with the management in coordinating and planning production activities to improve run time plans. Adhere to company standards and production policies to meet company objectives and standards
