Job Profile: 

Knowledge of Raw material like Nylon 6, Nylon 66, ABS, Masterbatch and different additives etc.

Test and Validation.

Knowledge of process inspection, production planning and Customer audits.

Sampling and analysis of raw materials.

Analysis of finished goods physical parameters and record the results.

To co-ordinate with plant during production.

Customer complaint analysis.

Validation of new trials and development samples.

Able to manage dosage of different additives like Colorant & Masterbatch.
