Extrusion (Tape Plant)

Checking all parameter of Tape Plant

Checking Denier, Tape width & Thickness of tapes as per specification.

Match colour sheds of tapes as per sample bobbins.

Check strength, elongation & shrinkage of tape as per requirement of party.



Weaving Deptt. (Loom- Deptt.)

Check mesh, no of ends & GSM of Fabric.

Check strength & elongation of revelled strip of fabric as per requirement of party.

Check proper functioning of photocell and magnetic sensor of loom machine.

Check tear strength, Bursting Strength, Puncture resistance strength 1-inch grab test and UV test of Fabrics.



Lamination 

Check GSM of laminated fabric for uniform coating.

Check adhesive strength of lamination.

Check peels strength of lamination.



Cutting & Finishing

Check cutting size and weight of cutting.

Check corona treatment, micro perphoration, gussets and valve form.

Check no of stitches, folding and seam strength of stitched bags.
