First and last part approval, in process quality verification of moulded parts and assembly parts as per MISP, PCS & PQCT.

Daily basic monitoring of Lab colour value, Gloss value, Weight measurement of the moulded parts Grill rad. Upper, Cover st. Column, Bezel fog lamp.

Prepare Job setup report, In process report, Gap data report, DQH report daily basic.

Prepare Retro inspection report during 4M change  daily basic.

Daily basic rejection analysis taking countermeasure for improvements.

Customer complain handling, taking correction (A4, 8D)

Layout inspection control and validation of measuring gauges.

Calibration of measuring devices as per plan.

manpower planning & requirements and skill assessment.

Internal audit conducting effectiveness of of NC?s.

Training of Associates on Sop Q awareness, technical and soft skills.

In-house global customer audit (GCA) of parts merit and demerit of Q NC?s and update data and communicate responsible departments. 

Testing of moulding parts Glacial acid test, Heat againg test, Heat cycle test (Environment chamber test).
