My responsibilities to handle the routine maintenance, Production and process control of PVC rigid, free-foam, transparent, and colored as well as Co-extruded sheets, produced on German made ?KRAUSS MAFFEI? extruders.



Was employed with ?GALAXY PLASTICS (BOMBAY) P. LTD? at Akola, from March 1997 to September 2001, As an Assistant Production Manager

My responsibilities included total production planning and process control of PVC rigid plane, corrugated roofing sheets and foils produced on Italian made ?OMAM? Extruder and Thermoforming unit of Machine Craft.



Was employed with ?TRUPTI PLASTICS LTD? at Jalgaon, from July 1995 to Feb 1997 initially assigned as a Project Manager to handle the entire project work of PVC rigid and free foam sheets. 

During the assignment I was deputed by the management to Switzerland, for making an inspection as well as trial of the Extruder line for manufacturing that had been proposed for the Import by a Co, called Tetovile Ag. 



Was employed with ?CAPRIHANS INDIA LTD? (Kalpatru Groups of Co., Mumbai) as a      Production Executive, from July 1994 to June 1995. Was assigned to handle the total production planning, routine maintenance, process control of PVC rigid, free foam and flexible sheets, on German made ?REIFENHAUSER? Extruders.



Was Employed with ?JAIN IRRIGATION SYSTEMS LTD? (Jain Group Co., Jalgaon), 100% E.O.U.(Pioneers in the manufacturing of Rigid P.V.C. free foam sheets in India) as a Production Supervisor, from Dec 1991 to June 1994.  Was assigned to supervise the production, routine maintenance and processing of PVC rigid as well as  free foam  sheets which were being produced on Austrian made ?CINCINNATI ? Extruders.
