Monitor  the process of new molds, document process development and changes evaluating new tool performance and monitoring  new tool design

Coordinate maintenance of molds, specify repair or alteration of molds and automation while ensuring adequate documentation is maintained

Prepare setup of molding runs follow-up on progress as well as improve yield and utilization through reduced cycle  and efficient setup.

Provide a technical guidance to other progress of tool process and automation

Preparing the yield and efficiency production report

Production optimization and meet the production plan

Ensure process control and maintain appropriate documentation in the shop floor
