Job Profile: 

Online inspection &Raw Material Inspection report maintain according to sampling plan.

Ensuring the quality during Inward, in process and Final inspection.

Handles the problem during line of production and customers end.

Check the Parts according to product specification and drawings.

Review of data on internal rejections, analyzing the root cause along with Cross                  functional team and taking corrective actions for reducing the same.

Interacting with production department for improvement in quality.

As per BRC we prepare different document & inspect the parts.

Actively Participate in new mould trial

Minimize daily rejection and rework percentage in assembly. 

Coordinate with QC for quality clearance of inward materials.

Preparation of various types of report of quality review. 

Line clearance after any job has been finished.

Work out on Customer Complaints and take corrective actions to avoid Check the Parts according to product specification and drawings such complaint in future.
