Handle All CMP, China, Korean, and ferromatic machine start and taking production Production done according to Quality focus.

Monitoring product quality post operation stage. 

Taking New Product Mould Trial.

Mould Load Unload and assemble Mould Station.

Head Assemble and blow pin Station Assemble and setting.

Cup Pin, Cutting Slue, Blow Pin, holders and other Dimensions set according to require. 

Man power Utilizes on machine for product packing and helping.

Knowledge of 5S and GMP

Training given to new manpower about product quality. 

Maintenance work knowledge.

Tool room, some knowledge for lath machine, surface grinder, milling machine.

I have done 1 KIZEN for man power saving.

Sandblast work on the surface of the mold and on the blue pin
