Job Profile: 

To set, maintain and record all parameters of molds and machines.

To maintain cycle time and dry cycle time of machines.

To provide inputs for  loading and unloading of molds and ensure for proper allignment of mold parts.

Troubleshooting of machine, mold and product process problems.

To check and maintain all input auxiliaries and parameters for mold and machines.

Preventive maintenance of machines and molds.

To indent and maintain spare parts for mold and machines.

To check all safety devices of machine and mold.

To reduce Rejection percentage.

Preparation of Production Reports and look after the quality of products.

To check and maintain GMP in production shop floor.
