Master Thesis, Internship, Continental - ContiTech, Hannover, Germany (May 2007-August 2007)

Quality Control of Rubber Compounds, focused on NIR Spectroscopy, Unscrambler and CAQ Software.

Other responsibilities included Vulcanization of samples by Rheometer MDR, Mixing and Processing of Rubber compounds on Lab Scale and Report Writing.

Checking irregularities in Rubber compounds and evaluating NIR as a Polymer Testing method.

Experimental Project, University of Aalen Germany (Nov 2005-Feb 2006) 

Modification of a Brittle Thermoplastic material ??COC?? by Thermoplastic Silicone Elastomer.  Succeeded with good results and found the formulation ratios for the blend.

Also found an alternative method of making this blend in higher percentages by the use of an Ionomer acting as a compatible material in between.

Designing of a Plastic made Multifunctional Toothbrush with Toothpaste inside.

Responsible for Market Analysis, good Material and Process Selection and Cost Estimation. Came up with the new design of this product with per piece price of 2.2 Euros.
