Weaving Looms- online inspection, width, warp, weft strength, and elongation, GPM, GSM, MESH and GSM Code.

Weaving Needle Loom nos.16- check weight per mtr. Strength,width.and weight indicator

Quality lab Testing- U.V Test,MFI,ASH Content, DART IMPACT, Breakdown Voltage,Grab,Tear,Indux puncture,CBR puncture, WIDE WIDE,Strength,AOS,WATER FLOW etc.

Extrusion LINER-Understand the effect of various grade of polymers if recipe. CHECK MD,TD STRENGTH, Sealing, thickness mic,BASTING test. And liner dimension etc.

Responsible for Fabric quality of 35 Looms of various types Lohia 610, Lohia 620, Lohia 8 Shuttle & Nova 10 and Sulzer loom.
