Job Profile: 

B.Tech with Mechanical Engineering background involved in sheet metal fabrication, pipeline & fittings, hydraulic, pneumatic & final fit finishing Inspection of all stage wise activity during production (Raw material, structure, paneling, pipeline, hydraulic, pneumatic & final fit finishing)

Stage wise Internal inspection report

Responsible for carrying out NDT, Tank Hydro test, Pump pressure test, Pipeline hydro test & Vehicle stability test for quality purpose

Pre-dispatch inspection : Ensure inspection of full vehicle before dispatch

Maintain notes, drawing and other documentation like (Engineering Drawing, Bill of Material, design parameter, shop floor procedure) for future reference

Handling and use of different measuring instrument used in an inspection process like Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, Go-no-go gauge, Ring gauge.

Assuring supplier inspection reports are ok as per requirement and so as to meet specification

Prepared Bill Of Material.

Familiar with different set of codes and standards like IS, BS, ASME, ASTM etc..

Pump assembly & machine shop knowledge

Reading Engineering drawing and checking parts as per drawing

Prepared all documents and maintain records related with ISO 9001:2008 system.
