Project Area and Title ? Design and Analysis of Gabriel Shock Absorber.

Project Description ? Dis-functioning of Shock Absorber due to leakage of oil at the cylinder neck due to corrosion. Corrosions occur due to faulty design neck, which accumulates water.

Responsibility - To reduce the possibility of oil leakage and increase the life span of Shock Absorber. To reduce wear and tear, corrosion rate by modifying the design of the Shock Absorber that must meet the current load carrying capacity. The modified Shock Absorber to be used in Indian Railways.
