Graduate Engineer Trainee - QA/QC department

Since Jan 2019

Job Profile: Responsible for checking incoming raw material,in process and final inspection. Preparing first part approval report for new development of part.

Assuring the supplier inspection report,test certificate are as per actual requirement. Responsible for quality and process related issue such as customer complains,analysis finish product,handling supplier,production-line problem,etc,.

Handling and used different measuring instrument used in incoming quality department like electronic 2D height gauge(Mitutoya LH-600E), caliper,micrometer, snap gauge, plug gauge, rockwell hardness machine, etc.

Initiate interventions and find a timely solution when quality is lacking or discrepancy found in raw material

Maintaining the calibration of all measuring instrument as per schedule. Execution of CAPA if discrepancy observed also doing RCA for the same.



Additional Technical Training

Attended a 5 day industrial training on PLC (PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTROL)



Bhushan Steel Ltd, Khalapur.

Attended a 20 days industrial training in which various steel processing line such as hot rolling slitter (HRS), pickling line, galvanizing process line, electrolytic cleaning line(ECU), colour

Description :In this I have study all terms in HVAC system,components of dehumidifier and work in Panasia Engineering Pvt.ltd.
