Job Profile: 

By product requirement wise hardness maintain the product.

To check and solve metallurgical issue.

Check hardness for Rockwell and Vickers machinery.

Going to the production shop floor and check all dimensions for blanking and bending product and maintain Reports (FPI, IPI, AND LPI) for production department.

To train workers for 5s, 4m changes, firefighting, CLITA ETC.

To check product in final inspection.
