Job Profile : 

Reporting directly to Managing Director

One of the earliest members since company inception. Helped in each of the company?s activity right from building new client base to setting up of required setup for company?s operation

Negotiating with leading Banks for securing company?s debts at competitive rates

Management of overall cash flow of the company

Instrumental in liaising with company auditors to complete overall audit process

Negotiating with Banks to get preferential FD rates for short term surplus funds

Managing Human Resource activities of the company.



Organisational Experience

Functional experience 

Securing Long Term loans, working capital fund and non-fund based products to enhance the business of the company

Negotiation with banks for structures, preferred interest rates, issuance & commission charges for bank guarantees, letter of credit etc.

Instrumental in managing working capital cycle of the company

Relationship management with dealers and vendors of the company. Negotiating with dealers to get receivables of the company on or before stipulated deadline.

Liaising with other teams to prepare of Balance Sheet of the company
