Job Profile :

I have experience for production following articles: -  Tee,  symphonic cooler, Reducing Coupler, Reducing Tee, Reducing Bush, Ball Valve, Colget cavity, Cap solder any product in my responsibility



Clean and reassemble the loading systems and grinding systems and other auxiliary equipment. Fill out required documentation operate many types of equipment including winders, shears, automated mixing equipment, roll handling equipment's, shaft handling equipment's, grinders, shredders, overhead cranes, cores cutters and various hand tools. Inspection and measurement tools, following safe operating procedures for all equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area, assist extrusion operator in monitoring and reporting quality issues and support continuous improvement

Ability to lift reels, pallets, buckets of raw weighing up to 70 to 100 pounds continuously during 8&12 hours shift.

Machine Set-up and troubleshooting experience with basic math skills.

Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less and at 20 ft. or more.

Ability to identify and distinguish color acuity, product clarity and apparent defects while monitoring the product process.

Able to perform all moulding process activities, starting with mold change over and start up of vertical, horizontal, rotational and overlay molding machines and processes, including processing multiple core-pully multiple cavity tooling and continuing through quality sign off. and involved in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, process optimization, auxiliary equipment, basic machine and mold maintenance and continuous improvement process.



Technical Qualification: -

I have successfully completed N.C.T.V.T. (Apprenticeship) 5-8-2010 to 12-8-2011 through Genus Electrotech Limited.
