Check and solve daily electrical breakdown maintenance. 

Do the electrical preventive and Breakdown maintenance of- 

All electrical induction machines, Dc machines, Electrical panels, oil pumps, water pumps, Air compressor, Blowers, Diesel generator, power factor correction panels, conveyors, Airdryer, transformer, Fire hydrant system, EOT crane, skip hoist, Burner sequence controllers etc.

Handle and solve problems of PID controllers, D C drives, Automation system(PLC and HMI)

Installation of new motors, sensors, transmitters, PID controller and done their wiring connections. Working on HT/LT Breakers and its troubleshooting.

Knowledge of sap system and handle sap system for maintaining material spares. 

Maintain industrial electrical ISO documents. Experience of working in all three shifts.

Project Description : Micro controller  detects the Under voltage, over voltage and over current fault and send trip signal to  the relay and protecting the transformer.
