Looking after the responsibilities of operation and maintenance, Production planning, mechanical productive operations, Manpower handling, Material handling, Utility management, Dispatch supervision reporting etc. 

Daily Scheduling of power wheeling in advance and properly maintained.

Supervision of maintenance and co-ordination with other departments for smooth operation, material requirement while maintenance work of compressors, blowers, pumps etc.

Acquired industrial safe working procedure.

Weekly preventive maintenance planning.

Man power management and work distribution.

Spares management.

Follow safety standards as per UTCL.
