Planning of daily production activity to achieve monthly production as per programme.

Looking after all process activity of production shop.

Work allocation & monitoring Assistant Engineer, workers and contractors.

Vendor Development.

Utilization of manpower properly to improve production.

Troubleshooting and solving technical problems.

Recruitment and training of new workers & Technical Staff.

Planning for the shift schedule.

Welder training and testing as per ASME SECTION IX.

Daily manpower, material and machine planning as per requirement.

Proper housekeeping and changes in the lay out as per instruction to increase the production.
