Job Profile :

IQC (Incoming Material inspection QA/QC HDP / LDP / PP/ HIPS/ DLPE / MASTER BATCH  Inks &  Etc.,)

IPQC (In Process Online Inspection QA/QC during conversion).

FQC (Finished Goods Inspection QA/QC).

Maintaining ISO/HACCP standards Monitoring & Recording and revision of documents whenever necessary for optimum process control.

Effective Implementation of SOP & Traceability for Minimizing Customer Complaints and improving production efficiency.

Monitoring of Line clearance during job change and maintain GMP standards.

Checking and recording of process parameters at regular intervals and calibration of equipments and maintaining machine Molud History cards. 

Make sure FIFO procedure is followed for all incoming, semi finished and finished Goods and also have proper identification and labeling and arranged in respective allocated zones.

Checking of sample Proofs/text matters, Packing cartons and sizes are as per approved Artwork and maintaining monitoring records for shelf life of all products.
