The company is currently engaged in the production of: Clutch Release Bearings, Ball Bearings, Taper Roller Bearings, Cylindrical Roller Bearings, Kingpin & Kingpin Bearings, Steering Bearings, 4-Point Contact Bearings and other Auto Ancillaries. 

Job Profile :

Active Participation Being a CFT Member for NPD Activities I.e.Feasibility Study, APQP.

Conducting CFT meeting and monitoring progress of each critical activity of projects keeping 

in focus quality and delivery. 

Ensure Program Management through Proper Coordination between Different Function e.g. 

Marketing, Application Engineering, Design, Testing, Manufacturing, and Quality for The New Product Development. 

Coordination with marketing team for developments of new customer, their technical audits and their Specific requirements. 

Adherence of APQP and PPAP for all NPD Projects. 

Develop, Coordinate, or Monitor all aspects of production, including selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication, or operation of product designs. 

Worked with Vendor development for New Product as well as Supplier quality improvement. 

Work with GD&T, Engineering Change Management, 5s, SPC, Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), MSA Gauge R&R, CAPA, 8D, IATF 16949, PPAP. 

Having Inspection Experience on Latest Measuring Machines Like Profile Projector,  Roughness Tester, Hardness Tester, CMM. 

Having Process Knowledge like Grinding, Honing, Turning, Machining, Heat Treatment, Bearing Assembly. 

Determine root causes of failures using statistical methods and recommend changes in designs, tolerances, or processing methods. 

Able to develop Components and Products from concept to finished product. (Prototype and Pilot Batch Development)

To Develop Proto Batch and Pilot Batch for New Project from RFQ stage and Handover to
