Job Profile : 

Machine handling on the Blown film extrusion (mono and multi layer) and formfit m/c cutting and selling. 

I have knowledge of polymers like polypropylene (pp), HDPE, MDPE, LLDPE and LDPE etc

Understand the effect of various grades of polymer if recipe. 

I have knowledge of process parameters like temperature, mixing ratio of various polymers. 

I know quality control parameters and control the polymer recipes as per standar

Implement the plans made to achieve the standard targets.

Produce qualitative and quantitative output as per target.

Update relevant production document as per standard ISO, AIB, and BRC. 

Ensure good house keeping and reduce wastage. 

Minimize downtime after power failure and process the interruption. 

Future Goals: 
To obtain a position that will to utilize my strong organizational skill educational background and ability to work well with people and to secure a position with a well established organization with a stable environment that will lead to a listing in the field of plastic technology with FIBC organization
