Responsible for achieving Productivity Target for the Department.

Responsible for achieving Mould Change, Setup Time Targets.

Responsible for reducing scrap, internal rejection, Customer Rejection,& Customer Complaints 

Responsible for maintaining the Discipline and  5S of the Department
