Responsible for process setting, setup and trouble shooting.

Manpower handle.

Handle rubber injection molding machine.

Production planning on daily basis with PPC team.

To plan proper raw material and master batch requirement.

Daily production entry in SAP (production).(Version: Business one).

Monthly machine down time analysis.

Weekly and monthly OEE report.

Monthly rejection report.

Monthly shop floor stock.

Reporting to General Manager.

Ability to build good relationship with, the staffing and batch mates.

Helping and supporting with each and every person.
