Job Profile : 

Analysis of machine failures.

Estimation of maintenance cost.

Responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy equipment required in the day to day working.

Assessing the needs of equipment, replacement, spare parts.

Monthly maintenance water treatment plant (WTP), Industrial Air compressor cooling towers, pumps etc.

Working with air compressor unit e.g., Atlas Copco.

Working with various pneumatic devices like SOV, vaccume generators etc.

Work with HT breakers like VCB and LT breakers like ACB, MCCB etc.

Expertise in creation of botting lines and carried out daily rating machine inspection of Belt, slot chain , conveyors and its auxiliaries then watching filling sealing, labeling machines.

Auto conveyor line including framing, EL, Sun simulator etc.

Loading -Unloading, Auto sorting robots, etc.

Working with PID controllers and its calibration.
