Job Responsibility

?Reading part design and Mould design.

?Taking decision to develop the mould.

?Develop the Precision  Mould Parts by using CNC programming and Operating.

?Completing the Mould by using various types of Tool Room Machines.

?Proper documentation which invloved in Tool room.

?Developing the process .

?Analyzing the various problems arrived in the mould assembly.

?Analyzing the problems arrived in processing.

?Customer visit for improvement and On complaint.

?Full involvement in first stage to final stage.(part design to part production)



Project  Work (as part of DPMT Final Year):	

Design & development of injection mould

Knowledge of blow mold, compression mold, transfer mold

 

Processing knowledge:-

Theoretical knowledge of Injection Moulding, Compression moulding, Transfer Moulding, Blow Moulding, Rotational Moulding, Thermoforming, extrusion process, etc.



Machine Knowledge :-

Tool Room Machine Knowledge ( Lathe, Milling, Shaper, Drilling, Surface Grinder, Pantograph and conventional  EDM Machine).



Area of Interest :-   Design and Tool Room.



Future Goals:
