Having the good knowledge of doing layout inspection.& Forge Shop Production

Having a good knowledge of doing, KAIZEN, CAPA, TPM, OEE.

Having responsibility to control the rework and to reduce the rejection.

Having knowledge of doing die setting in forging press shop and hammer shop.

Having good knowledge of doing 5s, EMS & EOHSAS, ERP activities.

As a member in CIP to have a periodical check-up of cycle time analysis and discuss with team to improve the productivity.

Having responsibility to plan and allocate the man power shift wise/ day wise as required to run the press.

To ensure shop floor discipline, general cleanliness and orderliness throughout the manufacturing as well as storage and other facility areas.

Having good knowledge of handling the shift.
