Job Profile-

Achieving rating production by proper utilization of Man, Machine, Material and Method.

Rejection Minimization.

Manpower handling.

Process Parameter setting for the m/c & Trouble Shooting.

Troubleshoot the problem during m/c running.

Production Planning & Control.

Trail New Project Mould, 

Handle any Plastic Raw Material (Currently PP, PC, EVA, LDPE, PA, ABS & NYLON).

Handle any Injection Moulding Machine (Currently Super Master 1800 ton Haitian 120 to 310 ton, Ferromatic Milacron 350ton & 650 ton).

Handle any kind Hot Runner Mould (Currently 32 Hot Runner Mould).

Monitoring of production target as per Take Time & also check the quality of parts.

Manpower handle & Daily Review of production, Rejection & Downtime.

Giving basic training to new employees.



Training Undergone:- 5S, KAIZEN,  POKA YOKE, TPM, 4M, PPM, OEE
