Job Profile : 

Responsible for Daily Dispatches (O.E & SPARES) in co-ordination with PPC for MSIL.

Looking after over all production, quality & rejection control.

Communicating with customer regarding any Quality/Quantity or any other issue..

Implementation of quality strategy and action plans for Quality Organization.

Implementation of any changes or improvements in the process by the help of Process Sequence Charts. 

Member of quality circle and problem solving team.

Responsible for 5?S or Kaizen on the shop floor.

Final Inspection.

Special in process quality of paint shop and injection molding.

Special in lean manufacturing practices -5S, KAIZEN, POKAYOKE, and OEE.

Knowledge of plastic raw material like- PP, PE, ABS, PS, TPE and so on.

Problem analysis and solving with a logical and methodical approach (8D, 5Why, Cause/Effect Diagram).

Preparation of Quality documents as per IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015 and applying 7QC tools for Quality up- gradation for molding parts and molding process.

Responsible for process audit/product audit and action closer follow-ups.

Making and updating process inspection standards.

Red bin analysis

Involvement in development activities in localization of parts and new part development

Expertise in improving and driving cost optimization/reduction.



Other Exposure / Training

Attends trainings of IATF16949 from -Polyplastics industries.

Attends training on Quality circle. From -Polyplastics industries.

Kaizen And 5s. From Maruti Suzuki Gurgaon



Instrument Knowledge  

Working knowledge of Veneer calipers, micrometer, height gauge, profile projector, Umping gauges, taper scale, and filler gauge Chroma meter gloss meter etc.
