Job Responsibility :-

Process parameter- Setting as per Required product

Mold Setting as per article size, weight & shape's parameter

Compounding setting as per article size & Q.C. reports.

Production planning as per marketing dept. requirement

Quality control with assurance & testing done  in furnish lab with all necessary instrument as Per article :-Impact - strength test, density test, ash content test, reversion test, hydraulic pressure test , water - joint test, & etc. crucial test, required for as per I.S.I knoms.

Man power & Shift schedule  handling as per company strategy.

Cost reduction for production side. For that compounding setting, cycle time parameter settings, wastages control.

Give guidance for Purchasing materials & other items related to production.

Supervision of daily production.

Production report, Test repost, Q.C. report daily reporting work.

Daily meeting & reporting of Q.C. & Production  concern matter with Plant manager & G.M.

Technical help to operator of M/c., Maintenance Person &  Mixer Operator.

As per requirement or planning for ISI & other government work with concern  department head & manager.



I have worked in Ashtech Infotech, Ahmedabad  for 1 year as a Customer Support Engineer at Cadila Pharmaceutical Ltd, Dholka Plant. installing, configuring, maintenance & trouble shooting work done held.

Epoxy Resin & their application :- In that project resin's characteristic & all properties it held as chemical material. It's chemical structure. Specific application for industrial use for different process parameter production & it's wide used.

Printer Parts :- in that project material used., machinery requirement, production planning for that, work planning, costing of product with each parts produced from different technology & marketing strategy required

At "Jyoti Plastic Industries", 123, B-III, Phase -1, GIDC Estate, Opp. Torrent, vatva, Ahmedabad. On site training program taken on Injection Molding plant, Extrusion , Thermophorming & sheet Plant.
