To give FPA approval and LPA approval.

Always go to minimum the rejection with my continue improvement.

Responsible for Daily process online report.

Responsible for on Job training of Operator.

Responsible for making PPM Data.

Process In charge

 In process (blow Molding), Assembly & PDI process. 	

Customer Complaint Handling

Analyze the Customer Complaints & Submit the Counter Measure on Hero Portal.

Timely review of limit sample.

Analyze the Internal Rejection on Daily Basis. 

Control the Internal Quality Problems & Internal Rejection PPM.

Timely review and updating of all Work Instruction on Shop Floor.

Timely in process audit.

Timely review and updating of all the formats and documents. 

Prepare the Skill Matrix of Team Member & make the Training plan for Improve their Skill.

Participate in Quality Circles & Kaizen activities.

Responsible for in process Inspection & Final Inspection. 	

Analyze the Internal Rejection on Daily Basis. 

Maintain 5S & ensure the Zero Accident on shop floor

Rejection analysis and training given to operator in between shift and shift ending.

To maintain and upkeep all relevant records as per record matrix.
