Extrusion coating laminate machine(make-Sam& Daekwang) , shrink sleeve 

Seaming and cutting machine's

Pouching machines (Make-Totani,Hudson sharp) 



Electrical & Electronics   Engineer

Job Profile :

To carried out Preventive, Predictive and Breakdown Maintenance and Troubleshooting of machine to reduce downtime.

Attend and resolve problem arising in process , taking the preventive action and  Root cause analysis for breakdown 

Maintain MTTR & MTBF with percentage of b/d on machines 

Ability to solve problem related to electronics & electrical that includes PLC, AC/DC drives, Servo motors, AC/DC motor, Heaters, Thermocouple, Camera system, Viscosity controllers, Load cell, Tension controller, Guider, Actuator, temperature controllers, Control Valve, PID controller, Transducer , E/p converter, I to P converter, Thickness controller (NDC), Batching controller, corona, various sensor   etc 

Basic knowledge about hydraulics and pneumatic ,gear box and line mechanics.

Ensure Safety devices in machines are Maintained in working condition and all safety regulations like work permits. machine guards, LOTO and other things are strictly adhere in plant.

To present Power saving Project & Kai zen Implement it.

Reduce Power, Fuel, Spare & Inventory consumption as possible as 

Preparing and maintaining all records and data of SAP, ISO (15378) documentation and 5S implementation .
