Understanding the product, customer & regulatory body requirements and preparing Quality Assurance Program accordingly. 

Establishing calibration process & analysis of the results, certifying the instruments for use. 

Planning & execution of AS9100 internal & external audits, co-ordination to qualify the auditors for internal Quality Audits. 

Planning & execution of NADCAP audit. 

Planning & execution of Management Review meeting, preparing & conveying QMS performance data to top management with detailed analysis. 

Planning for Pre-Production Manufacturing & Pre-Production Validation Inspection plan. 

Preparing Special Process verification & approval plan. 

Participating in Risk Analysis process, Process Failure Mode & Effect Analysis.
